Award procedures
Upon posting a project, the buyer may choose one of the following procedures for the award of the project:
Open procedure: in case that the buyer opts for the open procedure, any provider registered in freelancing.gr can view the post and make a bid on the project.
Closed procedure: in case that the buyer has opted for the closed procedure, he selects among freelancing.gr’s registered providers those of whom he wishes to receive offers and invites them to do so. That means that only such invited providers can see the project posted.
